They vary in size from 7 to 5 feet tall and from 10 to 14 feet long, they have four arms and walk on two legs. There are 6 variation on the species. J'ez: These Kreen have Black chitin with a thin layer of skin, they have four fingered claws and are 9 feet long and about 5 feet tall. These Kreen are usually interested in literature and scholarly persutes, they are of a Lawful bend. J'hol:These Kreen have red chitin and have a more "human" shape ( a human with four arms, chitin and an insect head), they are 6 feet tall, 8 feet long and have 3 fingered claws. They usually follow an evil bend and enjoy fighting. T'Keech: These Kreen have green chitin and like the J'hol have a more human shape, standing 7 feet tall and 10 feet long, they also have 3 fingered claws. They are of neutral bend and tend to follow menial paths. Tondi: These are the rarest of the Kreen sub-species, they are always female and have a pink/purple chitin which has many crystal-like protrusions. They have 3 claws and are 11 feet long and 6 feet tall. These Kreen are usually Good aligned and most follow the Druid path. To'Ksa:These are the lowest on the heirachy of Kreen society, they are usually members of Thri-Kreen, barbarians ans savages by Kreen standards. They have four claws and a layer of skin covers their yellow chitin. They stand about 7 feet tall and 14 feet long. They have chaotic bend. Jeral: These are also common amongst Thri-Kreen.
