There are in fact two Steve Jacksons in the world of roleplaying: Steve Jackson of the UK wrote and collaborated on many roleplaying game books, of the type where you flip through the pages and roll dice to see if you beat the monsters. Most notably the Fighting Fantasy series, often in collaboration with Ian Livingstone. The Fighting Fantasy series has recently been republished. Steve Jackson of the USA is in charge of Steve Jackson Games, publishers of GURPS and its meeellions of highly regarded supplements. GURPS 4th Ed is due out in August. They also publish various card and board games including Munchkin. Reuel is our local SJ MiB?, he sometimes hosts Games Days.
