The Guevarian Army

Guevaria is not a well-controlled country. The province of Fiorio is one of the more anarchic ones. It's not so bad as far as the GuevarianDeathSquads go, but neither civil authority nor any form of revolutionaries feel capable of making a really strong showing in these remote parts.

Generally speaking the army restricts itself to occasional raids on troublespots, when it is feeling strong. The army isn't feeling very strong right now. Tactically speaking, if GeneralissimoAlessandroNavidad is talking to the LiberalAcademicRevolutionaryParty? with cap in hand, it would look bad if a battalion of soldiers was stationed right outside.

What the army wants badly is legitimacy, followed by guns and money.
