It's the hair. No one else (except for the guy in that photograph in the foyer of the Jabulani community centre) has a ball of fuzz quite like Alan's. Except AlanSearle?. As AlanKent frequently points out. - MalMorrow Alan is LauraEvison?'s fiancée and an ex-CLAWmember. Also a member of ShadowCasters Alan tells me that he was a member between 1994 and 1996, and says he was told he belongs now in a category of 'honorary members'. Does this make sense? He adds that GilesEmbleton? and JessicaTiffin were given the status of 'lifetime honorary members' at some point. - MalMorrow Alan's hair must have obscured his hearing. The only CLAWs life member is JessicaTiffin, although a new award is long overdue. The ability of certain ex-CLAWmembers to wrangle cheap Dragonfire tickets from the organisers should not be confused with the awarding of lifetime membership. :p - Mark I have seen Alan without the hair. Alan was on SABC 3 News some weeks ago standing idly in line at the bank - it was bizarre... but he didn't comment on NEPAD or do anything interesting really ;) Alan and Laura married on 14th June 2003.
