The new wiki is here. had a good weekend, NO marking, unfortuneatly it may be the last such free weekend for a while, unless I am really disciplined and do heaps of marking before the weekend... particularly since I may well have a test on Thursday night, my shiatsu teacher says, learn this, i might test you next class, depends how I feel...... so I have to learn a table of all the characteristics of the five elements, interesting, but lots of parrot learning, not my greatest skill. had a generally good weekend, my mother made dinner for norm and me, twice, it is her way of "bringing" Norm to be helpful, she figures it is easier to make dinner than work out how to plug in all the cables for her TV and Hi-Fi after moving them :-D sigh, technophobic parents {confused} Sed's surprise birthday party was fun, ate too much chocolate cake, (only 2 slices, what is my sweet food tolerance coming to, well actually I am making an effort to lower it so I eat less of what is bad for me) Then we went to Matt's for coffee which turned into movie watching, League of Extrodanary Gentleman, much fun, and I like all of the literary references, don't think there is a single "orignal" character, but i am not going to argue if or bet on it... hehe my younger sister is funny... :-D she is doing her psych honours project on sexworkers, and needs to interview a few, so whenever anyone in the family asks how she is doing she makes a comment along the lines of "I need a hooker" |
