KAOSWeapons

K.A.O.S Weapons

All weapons have to be registered by one of the marshals. A kill using a weapon that is not registered will not be counted as a kill.

Assassination weapons can be classified into four categories:

Knives: (1 KAOS credit)

A standard knife will be provided to each assassin at the start of the game. This will (hopefully) avoid any kills in the first three hours after the beginning of the game. It is also one the most difficult of weapons to use properly since stalking takes planning and planning takes time. Besides, close proximity kills are difficult without victims noticing you.

Knives should not look realistic. UCT enforces a weapons-free policy and players not abiding by this might find themselves in trouble.

The knife issued to you will be free, but each additional knife after the first knife will have to be bought with 1 K.A.O.S credit.

Guns: ( 3 KAOS credits )

Your gun can be a squirt gun (filled with water only), a rubber-band shooter, or any other projectile weapon small enough to conceal.

Weapons in the Guns category will cost 3 KAOS credits.

Poison: ( 4 KAOS credits)

Both first party and second party poisonings will be allowed. Second parties may not be bribed with any amount over ten rand or any object which costs more than ten rand. Poisons must be clearly recognizable on taste by the victim or any other civilian. A player/ civilian will be considered dead if they taste the food/drink.
Poison will cost 4 KAOS credits.

Traps & Bombs (5 credits )

The "traps & bombs" section will include ingredients that can be used to create a trap or a bomb. This category includes animals and plants eg, little plastic spiders and toy snakes, plastic bag explosives, pipe bombs, water balloon grenades and bombs with electronic rigs (an alarm goes of in someone's bag.) Bombs will be required to give off a recognizable sound.

Exotic Weapons (5 credits)

Includes all weapons that are not included in the previous sections.
Please Note: this also includes registering your body as a weapon. You will not be able to register a kill if you have killed a target of a victim by strangling only unless you have done so.
