Warhammer Skirmish
Warhammer Skirmish is a an add-on product for Warhammer Fantasy that allows for the
fighting of small skirmishes as opposed to large battles. Warhammer Skirmish is a nice
way to make use of smaller collections and also allows for the fighting of more "Heroic"
scenarios, rather than massive sprawling battles that rock the foundations of the known world. According to the Warhammer 40000 Rulebook there will be a Warhammer 40000 Skirmish game, but since the 3rd edition rulebook came out in 1998 and it is now 2003 and still no sign of a Warhammer 40000 Skirmish game in sight, it's probably safe to assume that it just never got further than that one paragraph in the rulebook :-(
