Deck Building

A Trees deck is constructed in accordance with the chosen size of the playing area. The base size for a 10x10 Playing deck is a minimum of 40 cards. For every 5x5, or part thereof, added to the size of the playing area the base size is increased by 10 cards.

The only limitations as regards card choice is that there may not be more than 10 copies of the same card in a single deck. Needless to say, while it is possible to put 10 copies of This card or That card in a deck it is most likely not a good idea, as it will reduce the flexbility of the deck a great deal.

Finally, some cards will be designated as Limited and others as Restricted. There may be a maximum of 5 copies of a Limited card in a deck. Similarly, there may be a maximum of 1 copy of a Restricted card in a deck.
