For those who missed the insert and are interested in seeing it, I recorded it. The insert is available in two formats: Large and Small. It runs for 5:45.

Both have had their video compressed with xvid encoding (see xvid.org), and the audio has been mp3 encoded.

• Large is 20MB: video: 320x240, audio: 128vbr stero.
• Small is 7MB: video: 160x120, audio: 64vbr mono.
