Let's do some planning to make it a truly momentous occasion. I'll try and give a date ASAP, but it'll be some time around October/November.

catering: not too expensive, a couple hundred

Bring your own Grandmother is usually the easiest and fairest option - MoonFlake

misc: e.g. organise a webpage for photos to go on after the party, give an email address to everyone at the party to send the pics to, and stick them all together

I reckon we should use the photo albums on Light for party pics. I'm happy for people to spam my gmail addres with pics, and I can resize, colour correct and upload -- SynKronos
