- *d@vid Apr 18 2004:* eh, two months after I started this thing, there's not much of the semester left, and I'd prefer not to have a humungous vac split the campaign - who'd be interested in a second semester game? who'd like a very very short minicampaign?
- *d@vid Apr 20 2004:* not enough time for a Sorcerer campaign, so I have postponed to the second semester and started MyLifeWithMonday instead - comments and questions still welcome
Old questions (mostly my own comments)
- *d@vid Feb 18 2004:* okay, so I've given more explanation and less links, happy?
- *d@vid Feb 18 2004:* reuel asked about parties of sorcerers; all the PCs? are sorcerers, but there is no in-game "party" required; ideally with the scene framing/author stance techniques outlined above getting characters together is easy (if you want your character to be there and it's viable, it can happen), with well-oiled scene changes it isn't required (and as a player you should care about other character's stories too) - did I mention this is going to be find-out-as-we-go-along? it is
- *d@vid Feb 19 2004:* mike pointed out that my there-have-been-other-matrixy-games fears are well founded, bugger; the Inside setting is defined by there being some kind of virtual world, not only a trapped-in-matrixy one, so I'll stick with it and discuss options with players at the time; on more careful (actual) reading I should note that Inside contains zilch in terms of magic - all such stuff is simply hacking in the virtual world - it's pure cyberpunk - yum
- *d@vid Feb 21 2004:* revision: more explanations, less reading assignments, weakest links goodbye
- d@vid Feb 21 2004:* dishing these books out is already starting to show wear, anyone know where I can buy thick plastic (*not contact) to cover 'em?
- *SynKronos 23 Feb 2004:* CNA/This Day/Whatever. Stationery stores. And I refuse to write dates the wrong way. Either ascending (day, month, year), or descending (year, month, day, best for sorting purposes). None of this American-style mixed crud.
- d@vid Mar 22 2004:* mmm... got tasty plastic shipped from Durban instead; will start worrying about this again after my handin and test this week - in the meantime I should point out this is *not going to be a Matrix game, but I'm still waiting for inspiration on how Inside and Outside are going to interact (business/conference environment? experimental phase? community?) - suggestions welcome
- *d@vid Apr 08 2004:* moved intro to its own page; guess I'd better start getting this thing going, eh?
