The course will begin and end in
::MATHS 202 (ground floor, first lecture room on the right as you go in the South
Entrance).

All those wishing to run for committee positions should make sure
proposals reach the current committee by Monday 14 October.

Proposals should be in writing with two seconding votes. A proposal
should include what you plan to do with the committee position during the coming year.

(Never - The position is titled Guildmistress, irrespective of gender. Think of the chaos if we changed all committee positions to reflect the gender of their holders... 1? Organising Dragonfire is a major task, especially since it normally comes just after organising the Icon trip and coincides with an edition of CLAWmarks?. What worked well this year was for the CLAWthing to dish out sub-tasks (Roleplaying, Wargaming, Magic, Anime, LARPs, Afterparty, Preparty, etc) to various other people and then to herd cats, organise everything that someone else has forgotten, fight fires, get sponsorship, etc. Your mileage may vary.

2? The Icon trip is a floating task which is usually delegated to any
member of the committee willing to do it.

3? Last year Webmonkey was an Ad Hoc position (see below).
