The new wiki is here. very short upload, does it work? and now for something longer... nope, it didn't work what doesn't work? - ShadowsLight ptooi! d@vid Jan 5 11h26editing a page that is too big (where I haven't quantified "too big" exactly) doesn't work, the connection times out when I try to upload - I suspect this is a my-side fault since uploading our rare books inventory and posting very long posts to TheForge also time out - I'm gonna try get our technician guy in (all this to blog a dream? ;) Can I suggest writing the post out in Notepad (or whetever program you prefer that will not format the text), and then just copy and pasting the text into the edit window... unless you are getting timeouts sending the large post... - ShadowsLight good suggestion, but it's when I'm sending that the timeout occurs - d@vid |
