LARPs

I am, however, also rather annoyed. Michelle told me today that the British guy (whose name is Dom) is going to run a 14 hour LARP. Over the weekend when I'm in Joburg, exploring the fantastic Sudwala Crystal Caves{angry} However, this also happens to be the LARP that he was so excited bout Miller's over. And since Miller's is owned by my family, either you'll have to find somewhere else, or you'll have to play while I'm here ;-)
So, we'll see how that goes. I strongly suspect that you'll have to find somewhere else though, 'cause the British guy has a relatively short time period to spend in this lovely windy city of ours.

In other news, I don't really have anything to say. I'm wondering if Sean has gotten out of bed yet and whether or not I'll see him today. It would be nice... Well, when I say today, I mean before my lecture at 11. This afternoon I will be going to visit my cousins as they have just got new puppies (of course, the one is Kiri's Christmas present from two or three years ago). The reason that they got two instead of one is because they have no security (well, they do now) and a couple of weeks ago 5 guys tried to break in while their aged Ridgeback slept happily in the kitchen (or the lounge, or on her bed or ... you get the point).
But, tonight I will be seeing Sean because we're going to d@vid and Liz's housewarming! Yay!

Vaguely related - supper last night was not a disaster! Yay! For a change Marga only drank one glass of wine (although, she's been slowing down on the drink for quite a while now) and Gummy was perfectly sane the whole evening. Of course, when I say sane, what I mean is the way he always was, no MORE insane than he's ever appeared to be.

I'm hungry. I have coke. Those two do not cancel each other out :-(

damn, on the wiki I've discovered that you can enter an opening square bracket by using a double-square-bracket, but this does not appear to work on the blog pages!
