Have had random headaches varying in intensity for the last five days or so, but this morning I woke up with a migraine from the abyss. Too much light, too much sound. At least I knew I was alive as I could feel my heart beating behind my eyes. After the two myprodols had had no effect I schleped myself off to the doctor. The drive there was entertaining, but managed to do it in one piece (yay for sunglasses). Got an injection of opiates (woot - woozy and spaced out plus pain) and some fun prescriptions. Got home, took medication and slept !!! At least I seem to be ableto function at some level now, although still throbbing. Last night's game (Al's D&D) was lots of fun. I like my new half-orc cleric. And thankfully she has in Int of 12 because I don't think I'd be able to play a complete idiot for a campaign character (a module most definitely, but hell no for a campaign). Anyway - that's me for now. I am right amused by the responses I've had both verbally and comment wise on my placement at Westerford for teaching prac. Hopefully no migraine next week. Also have to go shopping for clothes that aren't jeans and a t-shirt at some point. time to set a good example - plus it's assembly on Monday, so need to look good ;-) Comment: combo bonus!
