    I'm going to add the RenamePage cookbook recipe. Thoughts?

    I'm a bit worried about the potential for complete mayhem if it's misused. It'll potentially be a bit tricky to undo a mess up. Otherwise, cool.

    I happy with Gnome's suggestion of just sshing in and moving the pages. Although that won't make links work.

    okay, rename in place. Is guarded by 'edit' priv.

    I still can't get includeg to work :-(
