What condition is the game in and do you have selling value in mind?

The box has some wear, but the internals are near perfect. Game was hardly ever played, so it still has almost all the sheets you write/draw on while playing, board and pieces are pristine. I will consider selling, but was preferably looking for one of the less complex games of this type, something I could play with people who don't want to spend hours or days learning complex rules, but more sophisticated than Monopoly etc.
