  1. Hi all,

Chad has kindly volunteered to run a Spirit of Century game for us on Thursday. We're looking for 4 players to take part, venue to be announced. It really sounds quite intriguing!

Reply here or email me (annamalczyk at gmail dot com) to take part!

    Cheers,
    CLAWthing.

  2. Thanks Anna,

Just to get potential players in the mood, some flavour...

    Adventure teaser:

Its the 1930s and a fleet of black Zeppelins darken the skies as Dr. Knutz converges his army of strangely intelligent mutant monkeys and brass Nazibots upon the Himilayas in search of the Lost Kingdom of Shangri-la.

Only truly extraordinary heroes dare stand in the way of Dr Knutz and his unholy blend of runic magic and weird science. Power crackles from his bizarre ecto-runic power glove as he commands a fleet of strange minions in search of the Lost Kingdom. He plans to take its forbidden magical knowledge for himself!

The only thing standing between Knutz and godlike power is the Centurions (PC's). They must find the way to Shangri-la before Dr. Knutz and his legion do. However, unbeknownst to anyone the Hidden Kingdom harbours a terrible secret of its own, waiting to be unleashed...

Can the Centurions find the Lost Kingdom in time? And will they be prepared to deal with its secrets?

    Player Characters:

Player characters are part of an elite organisation known as the Centurions - individuals with extraordinary abilities and an oath to protect mankind from evil! They are pulp heroes and players are free to be creative - as long as characters are genre appropriate. Think Hellboy or Indiana Jones or Sky Captain of Tomorrow...

    Rules:

The system is relatively rules lite, yet has tremendous tactical and story-telling depth when engaged with fully. Character creation should take 15-20 minutes depending on the players...

    Cheers,
    Chad
