There will we two main V:tES events at Dragonfire 2009—demo games for new players on Friday and a draft tournament for everyone on Monday. On Saturday and Sunday night we'll be holding social games with a special emphasis on helping those who took part in the demo games finding their footing.
Demo Games (Friday Night)
Dragonfire kicks off with a social get together at Kramer Building on Friday night. We'll be running demo games for new players all evening. Each new player gets a free Keepers of Tradition starter deck. There are sixteen free decks available.

New players are welcome to arrive on the day and take a chance that there will be free decks remaining. Existing players are welcome to come along and play social games.
Social Games (Saturday and Sunday Night)
On the Saturday and Sunday night of Dragonfire we'll be running social games in the evening after roleplaying wraps up for the day. It's an excellent opportunity for new players who got a deck in the demo game to get in some more games and get advice from existing players.

Draft Tournament (Monday)
On Monday we'll be holding a draft tournament. Players construct decks from boosters given to them at the start of the tournament and get to keep the cards taken. I'm attempting to get hold of more Legacies of Blood (LoB) boosters but if I'm unsuccessful there are only ten spaces available in the tournament—so sign up now!
