Added lines 1-11:

The Chosen

In the snow swept mountains of the Himalayas many legends abound of monstrous creatures and enchanted worlds hidden behind the gates of ancient monasteries. Expeditions have searched the lands for centuries returning with tales ever more fantastical each time. However, few have ever spoken of one such monastery tucked away deep within this mountainous citadel.

Only a handful of visitors knock on its wooden gates every decade, and those who leave its confines never speak about it except on their death beds or in journals lost to the world. But they all agree on one thing. Within the tunnels below the monastery rests an object that men would, and do, kill for.

Now, four people find themselves within sight of the massive gates. Each has their own goal, be it redemption, justice or simply hope.
