The future: alternate.
The year: 2020.
The place: west coast of what today is called the US.
Starting in the corporate built Night City, the game follows the exploits of a (currently) unemployed team of ex-TTI members. The future is expensive and everyone has to make their way in the world, but who wants a dull desk job anyway.
Man meets machine, flesh meets steel, conspiracy meets (removed by Corporation) and violence meets humanity. (Ok, enough poetry.)
- Note to future DMs?: Cyberpunk has an awesome wealth of cyberware and DM reference. However, the system leaves much to be desired. I am using modified CP2020? system from a DM supplement and may switch to Fuzzion (or whatever it's called).
