  1. Hello, everyone

The LARP for March is John Warncke's "High Seas". It's about pirates! Here is a blurb:

"It's the 1700s. The century of exploration, adventure, map-making and political and religious expansion. Great ships ply the ocean in search of fame, glory, excitement, and most importantly booty! The shiny yellow metallic kind, you pervert! The oceans and islands of the world are awash with treasure, buried and otherwise, to discover. Why bother wiping out small heathen villages and stealing the gold when one can simply board the ships of energetic types who do bother, or obtain an X-bearing map though any means necessary and merely dig it up? You are one of these entrepreneurs of the ocean waves, sailing forth with a hardy crew of lads to plunder and pillage in the name of... yourselves! Some call you pirates, but you prefer to think of yourselves as bloody scary pirates! Join the crew of the Sea Serpent and seek out the booty today!"

Please let me (adrianna dot pinska at gmail dot com) know if you would like to play. This will also be an opportunity for new LARP DMs to get some experience -- if you've already played and would like to try your hand at running a LARP, please contact Warren (ultixan at gmail dot com) directly and let him know that you're interested.

    Your guildm*st*
